My name is Thesserikaran Kochunny Subramannian, nickname is T.K.Subramannian.
In this website I am going to share my own hardships and miseries which I had gone
through and how I fought it back and attained a state of tranquillity and stable mind
without fluctuations.
From childhood I have been attracted towards spirituality and as a consequence and
never tried to cross the boundaries of morality and ethics. The ultimate result of this was
the failure to achieve money and wealth which resulted in the isolation from
majority worldly peoples including from my own family. So I used to think for hours about
"God" and why did he had given so much of pain, misery and afflictions to these kinds of
people who are following the path of morality and disdain for worldly pleasures.
Realising this truth I had started to learn Upanishads and Vedas. Bhagavath Geetha
was the main focus of my subject. I saw myself this situation as of Arjuna who was
struggling in the war of 'Mahabharata'. "Lord Sree Krishna was there for his rescue.
We are all like Arjuna in the modern era facing threats, crime, violence,prejudice,political
discord,economic problems,terrorism and environmental issues.
“Lord Sree Krishna '' has explained to us the complete solution for our miseries and
sorrows. This path leads to enlightenment, liberation and salvation. According to
"Lord Sree Krishna '' 'our mind is the greatest enemy and friend' and control of our
The mind is the only way to achieve peace,calmness and happiness. For this he
prescribes meditation and is the only way to anchor our swinging and fluctuating
mind (called 'monkey mind') to clarity and one pointedness. Yoga meditation practice ( repetition) helps to improve a person's consciousness and well-being.
Consistent yoga practice produces mental clarity and tranquillity. Increases body
awareness and removes chronic stress patterns and rest the mind. It boosts
concentration and focus and sharpens the mind.
